Shipping Policy

We ship through Canada Post, within Ontario.

Processing Time & Shipping Time 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Note processing time is different from shipping time. We ship all orders out on Wednesdays, so if you order before Wednesday your item will be shipped that week. If you place an order after Wednesday, it will be shipped out the following Friday.

Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.

Please note: We do not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our location.

Delivery Policy

For order(s) placed before Monday, deliveries will occur between 9 am – 7 pm on Wednesday. If an order is placed after Monday, the delivery will occur the following Wednesday.

A standard flat rate of $15 is charged for delivery to the following cities:

If the client is not present at the time of the delivery, the item will be placed outside the house/apartment in order for me to fulfill my delivery duty. No refunds are issued in such circumstances. Finally, KelaBakes is not responsible for any lost or damaged KelaBakes goods after completing any deliveries.
